Services:

Our services are tailor made and custom to each client and this means that it is necessary to conduct either a home visit to meet you and your dog(s) to discuss under what terms you are happy for us to begin our services. We request that there be a trial period of us walking your dog(s) once a day at an agreed time and under agreed conditions for anywhere between 1-7 days. This is to ensure client satisfaction and that we are up to the task of your dog(s). The trial period is subject to a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the walks. Upon completion of the trial period, the remaining amount will be paid. If you are not satisfied during our trial, you are eligible for a full refund at the end of the second trial walk. We reserve the right to refuse service to any clients if necessary.

Payment:

We accept both cash-in-hand payments and bank transfer payments. Once we have agreed upon the timings of the dog walk we will find an acceptable day for payment. This will be at max, a monthly payment but is subject to change upon client agreement. 

Customer information:

After we have had our meeting with you and your dog(s), we will draw up a contract to which both parties MUST agree on all items including: walk length, service type (see service list), areas that the dog(s) are to be walked, whether the dog(s) are allowed off leads, whether the dog(s) are comfortable to travel by car to walk locations and treat/food requirements and preferences.
